User Sync from a Portal

Hi

We have AC5.3 sp09 Installed, we are trying to connect our system to a portal with RTA SP09.

We manage to create Portal connector but when we are trying to run Background Job to sync user we get 0 users.

Our connector parameters are:

ROLE_DATA_SOURCE u2013 ROLE.UME_ROLE_PERSISTENCE.un:

USER_DATA_SOURCE - USER.CORP_LDAP

All our other connectors are working find and the Authorization is set to our ECC system, only the portal get the users from Active Direcory.

Does anyone know if there is an issue to work with Active Directory in the Portal

Have you tested the connection of the connector? It maybe that it is not actually setup correctly.

the CCDEBUGER doesn't work for users, but we can see roles from the Portal and the sync for roles is working
