JMS Sender Error : Reason Code 2016

Hi,

We are trying to integrate PI with MQ series.. During which we are facing below issue in Sender JMS Adapter:

Channel error occurred; detailed error description: JMS error:MQJMS2002: failed to get message from MQ queue, Linked error:MQJE001: Completion Code 2, Reason 2016, Error Code:MQJMS2002

Any Ideas?

Answered... The channel is working fine after J2EE Engine restart

Hi,

I also faced this prombem some times and then by

1. Stoping and Starting the channel in RWB solves the problem.

2. Sone time by making the channles inactive & active also helps.

3. If nothing helps then restart the MQ server and then again follow the step 1.

Note: Above points will help if your channel was working properly before and suddenly you started facing this problem later.

Hi,

I believe the reason code specified in the above blog was referring to reason code 2162 "Linked error:MQJE001: Completion Code 2, Reason 2162, Error Code:MQJMS2002"..

But in our case we are facing with error "Linked error:MQJE001: Completion Code 2, Reason 2016, Error Code:MQJMS2002"

Is this the same fix for both the reason codes?
