I would like to create a document template; similar to standard WBS elements in PS. Is there a way to create a document form which could be copied and edited. ECC6.0
Can you please elaborate. I have created document types but how can I attach; e.g. a template as a Word document or xls and have different fields. A field could be date and contact person. The form is the template and assigned to standard WBS or an individual.
Problem is that I need the form = template be the same but every time I create a new project based on a template I must fill the form separately because the information, such as contact person't name, varies. So far I have managed to have DIR but when I assign the document itself then it gets locked and the content cannot be edited.
I'm wondering if I should use adobe forms or someting to fill the need.
