Dear all,

We have Oracle 10g DB and HP-UX OS ON DB server we have 16GB RAM.

SGA size is sga_max_size = 4680843264

resently i have reboot DB server and i checked alert log i found msg

"Specified value of sga_max_size is too small, bumping to 4680843264"

What does it mean i need to increase size of it?

also i found error msg

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [$cold_qerfxArrayMaxSize()+7760] [SIGBUS] [Invalid address alignment] [0x00000002C]

and

ORA-00081: address range [0x600000000009C450, 0x600000000009C454) is not readable

What should i need to do?

Warm regards,

JATIN.

Hi,

As per suggested note download the patch PHSS_39821 from [http://www11.itrc.hp.com/service/patch/search.do].

Before applying this patch remove the applies interim oracle patch 5055208 You can remove this patch using Opatch utility.

Thanks,

Shambo
