Hi SAP experts,
Please help me! i need to know if i need a workflow to be started everytime i create a maintenace notification, can i do it myself or do i need a workflow/ABAP person.
Alternatively, is there a way to email the notification via SAP inbox?

For Workflow you need a workflow consultant.
For external mail, see the oss note 208271. (to SAP mail box also possible through printer/settings).
Am not infront of system, so that I could not tell exactly.
