Putting the work item to all the agents

I need help on work flow. The scenario is :

when the WI assigned it has 4 agents in one task.

It goes to next standard task: TS00008267.

So one of the agent can approve can finish it or he cannot finish it.

Here if the agent it not finishes this work item i have to keep it back to all the 4 agents inbox SBWP.

Current situation: The work item who ever edits it first,

it goes back to their inbox only. But i have to send this WI to all 4 agents.

Any body can give me the solution.

hi,

if you need that all agents see the work item, you have use the step "Others" in your activity. There, you will work with "multiline element".

A work item is created at runtime for each element in the table .

You can create a sub-workflow for that.

Step by step;

for example:

-> transaction PFTC create -> Ws9000001

-> create an activity as you want for one agent(var like "US + user");

Can be a decision, send email, etc...

SAVE and Activin.

-> transaction PFTC create -> Ws9000002

-> Container workflow -> Create table(multiline) to agents(the same type of "Us + user");

-> Workflow builder

-> Create an activity for load agents;

-> Create an activity, and inside them set the registrer "Others". Read instructions.

Put your table with agents in "Multiline element".

-> Set registre "Control" and put Ws9000001 in field "task",

make up binding between ws900001 and ws900002.

SAVE and Activin.

In this case, the wi go to all agent, and all see and work with them.

This the standard behaviour of SAP. if any agent reserve or execute the workitem, the workitem will automatically deleted form other's INBOX.

Do you want all the agents should approve/Reject the request?
