Table or FM for po,invoice no, external invoice no.

Hi,

I need table or FM where I can get we are using SRM 6.0.

1, Invoice number from PO number.

2, Invoice number from External invoice number.

Hi,

Use function module BBP_BE_PO_GETHISTORY give PO number and logical system as input

will get the Invoice no in E_ITEM_HISTORY table.

I mean scenario like.. Classic / Extended Classic / Stand alone/ Decoupled?

Hi,

In Extended Classic Scenario. All the PO and Invoice documents will be stored in Back end ECC System also.

You can do search by logging in to back end ECC system.

Go to SE16 Transaction.

Go for : BSEG table.

There you can go to Setting - > Filed for selection and select all the inpuit fileds which makes your search criteria more specific. Like Purchase document number / EBELN. Company Code and other fileds.

With this combination. You can search for Invoice document number.
