Can we install solution manager 7.0 or 7.0 ehp1 on 32 bit hardware.Kindly suggest.

I think based on the notes, and with some fair share of SDN threads in the past, it is highly recommended to go on 64 bit;

Therefore, we recommend that you only use 64-bit for your SAP system. Use Windows 64-bit also on small test and demo systems to become familiar with it. Otherwise you will end up wasting a lot of time and money optimizing your ABAP or Java application servers to run on 32-bit.

From SR3 you can't. prior to that yes you can.
