Hi Experts,

I have created a viewset, and set the defult value as true.

The view set is not getting displayed.

These are the steps that i have followed in creating the view.

I am working in NWDI.

1. Created a new DC in the SC

2. Created a application, component and added it to DTR

3. Created a viewset and have set the default value to true, and embedded views into it. (Viewset is of Grid Layout with 1 Row and 2 Columns)

4. I have activated all the activites in the open activites view.

5. Created a iView in Portal by giving the aplication name and package name.

6. When I run the view, I am getting an error

The error is

Application error occurred during request processing.

Details: com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.sal.api.WDDispatcherException: Requested deployable object 'XXXX.com/dcptip' and application 'XXXX_APP' are not deployed on the server. Please check the used URL.

Exception id: [000F203C93E000500000321300002B630004770ABFF3C541]

Please help me to solve this problem

Thanks & Regards,

Palani

Hi,

1. Was your check-in succesfull? You can check this using the Activation Request View (Window -> Show View -> CBS activation -> Activation Request View)

2. Maybe it is just a typeing error: When you created the iview did you use the webdynpro for Java iview? Could you find your application that way?

3. If you deploy it by hand to the server can you find your application? Right-click on your application and select "Deploy application and Run"

Just some tests.....

Experts,

Here comes the solution.

When i tried to Add the files in DTR Prespective by DTR --> Add --> Subtree.

It added few files and it asked for the creation of activity and i created the same.

When the activites are activated my problem was resolved and viewset got displayed.

Thanks & Regards,
