Implement service desk

Hello experts,

i would like to implement service desk but i know a lot of ppl customize on transaction type SLFN to ZLFN , however in my case, it is just for some simple demo purpose, is it alright for me to use on the standard delivered slfn transaction type S? or do i need to customize it ?

Any comment is very much appreciated.

Hi,

If this is just meant for standard delivery and standard service desk functionalities, yes please kindly proceed to use SLFN type it is very much sufficient for your DEMO.
