Custom GRC access control reports

Hi,

Is it possible to have custom reports for access control? Specifically we are looking at developing reports based on roles and users for compliance calibrator (risk analysis and remidiation).

Hi Clark,,

This is possible in SAP BusinessObjects Access Control 5.3 SP9,

A new reporting data mart for Access Control RAR and CUP is introduced in 5.3 sp9, that enables customized reporting by integrating with a customer's reporting tool of choice.

It Provides flexibility to generate custom reports.

Clark,

I believe it is still possible to export / extract the data prior to SP09 but the data mart makes it a lot easier and integrates better with reporting applications.

Clark,

There are 2 ways to create custom reports in GRC AC 5.3 SP9. they are through BI/BW or Datamart.

Access Control 5.3 already supports BI/BW 7.0 so if you are on support packe less than 9 then you still can integrate AC 5.3 SP8 and below with BI/BW and create custom reports. in AC 5.3 SP9, SAP has added Datamart feature which will allow you to create custom reports in other reporting tools like crystal reports and others.
