Automate third party PO

Hi Friends,

I am working on a project to automate third party PO's. When we save the third party sales order we get the purchase requisition and this should be converted in to purchase order with out using ME59. I have gone through the past threads and Mr Umesh K responded saying that he is able to automate PO's using SWETYPV transaction.

I did all the necessary configuration like activate automate PO in Item category, Automate PO in Vendor master & Material master. Source list and info records are also created for the vendor. Entered Purchase order type and purchase organization in sales organization.Even though i am not able to automate PO

In SWETYPV transaction i configured in the following way

Object Category : BOR Object Type

Object Type : BUS2032 ( Sales Order )

Event : ALECREATED

Reciever Call : Function module

Function Module : PUR_ORDER_CREATE_VIA_SD_EVENT.

This didn't work for me. Can some throw some light on this.

This issue is related to MM Module if you will put ur question on MM Forum U will get fast responce.

Hi Ajith,

I posted the issue in both the forums as this is an integration issue. If you look at the function module this is triggered at sales order event and and we do some configuration from SD side too.
