XI Error ATTRIBUTE_CLIENT.PLAINHTTP_ADAPTER: Queue

Hi Experts,

I am sending IDoc from SAP to third party using HTTP adapter but message is getting stucked in queue althogh I have given the correct URL. Following is the error which I get in queue

SYSFAIL --> XI Error ATTRIBUTE_CLIENT.PLAINHTTP_ADAPTER: Queue

and messagestatus in SXMB_MONI shows Recorded for outbound processing.

Please advise what can be done to resolve the issue, also how to check the sys log as to find out what is the cause of message getting stucked.
