Table link between EIC Ticket and Cat GUID

How does the system retrieve the CAT GUID for the corresponding EIC ticket.

Hi Rakesh,

If you are using the ERP EIC then you need work a lot using BAPIs, else if you

are using the CRM EIC then, pass the required fields to the retrieve fields internal

table and GUID you have, to the funtion module CRM_ORDER_READ so that you

can get your required GUID's in the repective internal tables.

Look at table name SCMG_T_CASE_ATTR in SE16. This shows the Activity number under the field name EXT_KEY.

EIC ERP uses case management that's why this item is in this table.
