Normaly you can append this parameter to the url like: ?sap-explanation=X which activates the help mode where all explanations of fields are displayed with mouse onover....
Finally i discovered this helpfull function in the right click context menu if you click in an empty area of the dynpro you can switch on "Display Quick Help" which has the same function if you append the parameter to the url....
