User facing Error in shopping for a Material . - SAP Community

Dear All ,

User is not able to shop he is getting an error as " GOODS/ SERVICE XXXXXXXX DOES NOT EXISTS , ITEM NOT TRANSFERED.

'pLEASE ENETR CORRECT ITEM CATEGORY.

I request to pl. guide what to check n where to check to fix this problem.

Can you select the material before you purchasing?

user is not with me he just told me the error what i had written here , I m trying to be in touch with user to get some mote info , in the mean while if u find some thing then let me know.

ask user. what material he wanted procure and check that material is available in comm_product table

your error messages are not sap standard. it might throwing from your programs or badi
