Multiple TOs for Delivery

Hi, I'ld appreciate if someone could help me on this. I have a situation where multiple Transfer Orders are created for single delivery. The delivery date in PO is same for all lines. Some lines appear in one TO and some on the other. They all belong to same storage type. Where do you think I should be looking at.
