CRM 7.0 and Employee Interaction Center

Hello,

we have a CRM 7.0 installed. We are going to use the szenario Employee Interaction Center. We are going to use an ERP 6.0 EH3 as a datasource for the HR data.

Now we have the request if we would connect an additionally HR system 4.7EXT200.

Question:

1) Is it possible to connect several sap systems two the same CRM 7.0 using the same szenario?

2) Is 4.7EXT200 a high enough release for the szenario EmployeeInteraction Center?

Hello Alexander,

In CRM 7.0 a multi-backend capability exists for the Shared Service Center - EIC scenario, you will find references to it within the CRM IC Learning Maps under Shard Service Center (SSC). Within IMG you can find the customization options under: CRM>>>>IC WebClient>>>Basic Functions>>>>Multiple Back End. You can configure multiple back end HR systems to a single CRM Client or enable a client switch scenario where a back end system is related to a specific CRM client - however, still part of a single 'main' CRM system (often the case in business process outsourcing environments.

Iu2019m sorry I do not know the compatibility status of the second system you mentioned. But I hope this at least helps answer the first part of your question.
