activating internet sales in CRM 4

Hi!

I've created a sandbox for testing internet sales before we get our hans on CRM 5.

Everything is up and running but I can't start the B2B internet sales or any other web application.

I did an ordinary web as installation and the added the Java packages and the CRM system.

I have not activated the integrated ITS and I have not done anything with the ICM.

What have I done wrong? Is it that I haven't done anything with the ICM?

hi Rollo,

once you have installed ISA you will need to configure your application using XCM.
