Get PO modifications?

Hi all,

Once the PO is create. If I, as a purchaser, change the PO, for example the price of one of the items. How can I get the values of the PO before the modification?

Is there any function to get the history of the PO with the previous values?

Depending on your EBP release, version management can exist or not.

my release is SRM 4.0.

Hi San,

if you have activated versioning on PO, you can get modifications with BBP_PD_PO_GET_DIFF, using the different version GUIDs.

Otherwise you can read usual change documents (see FM BBP_CHANGE_DOC_GENERAL called when you display SC or PO changes).
