Calibration results in Plant Maintenance

Hi Guru's

We want to record results in Plant Maintenance thru T-code QA32 for printing of calibration certificates. Please proivde process for the same.

Hi

I will try to explain you in simple ways...

Create Equipment using IE01 Tcode.

Create a Task list using IA01 or IA05,maintain the Characteristics which you want to check

create a Maint plan using IP01

Now schedule equipment through IP10

This will create a Inspection lot of 14 Type.

Now carry out Result Recording for each char' through QA32

Click on Inspection results printout.You will get the results recorded

You can also use QGp1 or QGP2 etc for the same.

printing of calibration certificates is not standard fumctionality in SAp.You have to customize the program for the same.

Hii,

For RR for Plant maintebnance , Goto QE51N ---> Select Equipment / Functional location tab -->Select lot based on Inspection lot Date./ Work center .
