changes in cost planning

HI Experts,

Can any body tell me that is there is any report/t-code in to know what are the changes are done in the cost planning & revenue planning.

Dear Raman,

For Revenue Planning changes, if you are planning the revenue from Sales Order(VA01) or Sales Contract(VA41) you can view the changes made in the menu Environment--> Changes of the respective transaction( i.e, VA02 or VA42).

For Cost planning changes, you can refer CJI4 but for this you have to create a user status and activate the business transaction "Write Plan Line Items" in that status.In general this is not recommended, as in any business scenarios Project planning are subjected to frequent changes.Activating "Write Plan items" may create large number of documents hampering the system performance.So only if it is very mandatory go for this.

Hi

i know that if you have activated (example) in wbs elements the business transaction WRITE PLAN ITEMS then all changes are recorded.

You can view them in CJI4 (plan line items for wbs) or KOBP (orders) etc...

All you have to do is use the columns CREATED ON and ENTERED BY.
