Hi

While Installing Sneak Preview Version, after selecting sapinst.exe, after few seconds, exception raised Unable to create user

can anyone help me

Do you have Admin rights on the machine you are trying to install. Please check the permisssions and also check the security logs for windows.

It needs to create service users and this error may be because it's not able to create these SAPService and adm users.

Is it controlled by Domain controller ?

Or do this

Go to Windows Settings>Control Panel>Administrative Tools -> Local Security Policy-->Account Policy->Password policy
