Hi all

I have a query in system status

I know that we cant change system status

What is the use of tran bs22

It is maintain system status . Where this tran is used? in what sitiation ? why this tran given by sap?

Any guess/openion/discussion are welcome

The BS22 or BS33 are actually for the developer , who define which system status are available and the relations with

business transaction.

because the settings of BS22 or BS32 are incorrect, the customer should have the

possibility to change it according the note instructions.

It is not designed to change it to fulfill the customer individual requirement. You can use user-status to reach it.

as Amaresh has mentioned this transacation should be used as a last resort

there are situations when you need to map your own business transactions (txn BS32) and assign these to system status so that you can control based on system status - however you must remember that status is used across various modules and the impact should be assesed for all of these.

I would think that SAP would give this transaction but it is for the user to understand and use the transaction to its best ability
