Regarding intra company sales

Can I do intra company sales with out delivery, i.e one company code and between two plants but no delivery. if possible please explain

Yes you can do so only when valuation area for the material in both the plants is same.

In that case you can do stock transfer using Tcode MIGO and there is no delivery document created

You can use movement 301 or 351

For 301, it is one step process

For 351 movement type, you need to create Stock Transport Order and by using 101 you need to do GR
