problem in print output

Dear All,

In Delivery where we are maintaining LR entry.what is the means of LR.

1)LR entry not done ! Delivery 0090492825

a) LR entry &

b)LR date

Have you done any enhancments in Delivery document?

in Std, you dont have fields such as Lorry Receipt Entry: & Lorry Receipt date , to track the forwarding agent claims wrt: Delivery of goods.

i did not enhance in delivery document.actually what happened if i am creating invoice with reference to delivery it s happen properly.but if i am taking printout of this invoice no system give LR entry delivery not maintained.

Somewhere either in delivery / invoice, LR entry / LR date values are maintaining , may be created Zfields or using free fields to maitain these values.

At the time of printing, these values are mandatory, I guess.

Best way , would be.

Goto NACE,

select output type- copy the smartform

goto Tcode:Smartforms

enter smartform name & execute.

( check with the existing invoice print preview, in which box these fields are printing).

check the code in that check box from the smartform Or take help of your abaper. Then you will find the fields & from where these values extracing for Invoice print.
