customer hierarchy for the METRO group

dear guru

now I'm still confuse about the "customer hierarchy" function ,

we have the customer : METRO China Group , they have some brande company in other city,

the normaly way, we will define the difference customer name for each METRO ,

Example:

METRO (BeiJing) C0050

METRO (Suzhou) C0051

METRO (ShangHai) C0052

then we will have a lot of master data need to maintain, like: customer info record ; price list,

so my question is:

Q1: how to active the "customer hierarchy" for these customer,

Q2: is it possible to have the price condition like PR00 for the "customer hierarchy",

just maintain one time, and automatic release to the other METRO brand site.

Q3: how to maintain the customer info record once we active the "Customer hierarchy"

if it possible,then we can aviode the lot of master data maintain ( customer info record, price)

so please let me knw detail steps to create customer hierarchy.

I had use the sap standard customer hierarchy to solve it. thanks.
