Output type- Not getting attached for orders that get uploaded

Hi ,

There is a transaction which allows us to create rush orders through a upload program and this also creates the delivery immediately.

Would you be able to tell me some possible reasons of why a output type will not get picked on to the delivery when the upload sheet is used but it does get picked when the order is created manually.

Thank you,

Harshini

Hi ,

Could you please let me know the difference between transaction afs/ss02 and afs/rs02.

And for a customer who has many sales organisations is it enough to update only afs/rs02.

Thank you,

Hi,

If the OUTPUT was not triggered automatically, then the issue might be in the CONDITION RECORDS.

Goto the Transaction code NACE and select the APPLICATION as V2 and select the OUTPUT type and give the KEY COMBINATION and check whether CONDITION RECORDS were maintained or not.

If not please maintain the CONDITION RECORDS and re-check.

If condition records were maintained , then check OUTPUT determination procedure for this OUTPUT type whether any routine assigned to it, if any routine is assigned u have to check the ROUTINE in VOFM for the code.

May be this also another casue for output not triggering automatically.

If there is no output with routine inthe procedure, then goto the change mode of the DELIVERY in the VL02N and goto the OUTPUT screen in the EXTRAS and check the Determine Analysis , There you can find the information why it was not triggering automatically.

Check all the above solutions and revert back if you need further details.

HI,

Both upload program and your manual creation use same delivery type for Rush orders?

First check that, I it's not you have to check your IMG setting under Tx: NACE.

Go to that tx

Select the relevant application area.

Check whether you have maintain relevant output settings there for relevant output type.

Check the Output Determination Procedure assigned to you delivery types.

If that's OK, come to this Tx:

Logistics Execution / Sh|pp|ng / Basic Shipping Functions / Output Control / Output Determination / Maintain Output Determination for Outbound Deliveries / Assign Output Determination Procedures /Assign deliveries (header)

Check whether you have assigned relevant Output Determination Procedure to the Delivery type here.

If it is not there; assign it accordingly.

Now check again

Best regards,
