Dear QM experts,
Can any one please help me to resolve the issue,
One MIC flollow switching rule of sample management, ie. for example 1MIC total sample size is 200 sample for that we are using Multiple sample ie. Ist will inspect 50 sample and A 0:R 3, if the faliures lies between Accept and reject next 50 samples will be tested, If the failures is with in the Accept limit than discontinue the test.
For that I have created sampling scheme and attached to the sampling procedure, In the sampling procedure i have created new valuation mode supports Attribut inspection and dependent multiple sample. The sampling procedure was attached to the MIC in inspection plan. While doing results recording if the Ist 50 samples failures lies between accept and reject, The status of the inspection character is changed to "2" but i didn't get the next sample ie. next 50 samples i need to do results recording.
Any one please help me to resolve the above.
Thanks,
krish
Dear Krish
I would request you to first check the same with standard valuations
1) In sampling procedure
Use type : sampling scheme
Mode ; 100, attributine inspection non conf units
select : Dependent Sampling
Make sure that the valuation rule is 66
2) In sampling scheme selecte attribute inspection
if still its not working kindly send in me the screen shot . ID is in my business card

Dear Krish
Have you maintained C2 / D2 , C3/ D3 for the same sample size . You can have up to 7 multiple samples. to get the multiple samples you need to maintain the above.
