ChaRM Test Message SDTM - Tester role cannot be same as the developer role

Hi Experts,

When the developer raise a test message SDTM, The developer couldn't confirm the message as we get a warning as

" Tester role cannot be same as the developer role "

We cheked the roles of developer and tester, they were not same .

We checked the Assign conditions in SDTM, But it doesnt have any values.

Hi Friend

System check the name in the ticket or the BP for the person of Tester and Developer

Every person has unique BP so if the same name is entered in the ticket as Tester and developer then system will give you this warning.Since SAP recommendation is to have Dev and Tester 2 diff person.

You can ignore the same if Tester and Developer is the same person and might be you have technically created different roles for the same.

Have you verified if the tester BP has the role EMPLOYEE defined ?
