unable to resubmit the rejected Shopping cart in SRM7.0

Hi,

User created a SC and it went for approval. The approver rejected the shopping cart.

The requester would like to resubmit the shopping cart by making some updates.

System is not giving the edit Shopping cart option.

We are using SRM7.0.
