IR objects activation Failing

Hi Experts,

We had an new installation of XI when i try to activate the Data type throws the following problem :

element First_Name is not typed

element Last_Name is not typed

I am not able to understand whats the cause of it.Few checks i have perfomed:

SCV,ExchangeFaultData and ExchangeLogData are in activated status.

XI cache contents are up to date.Tried deleting the namespace and buildng it.

Have you selected the Type of the elements you created in datatype? Like "string", "integer".
