Dear all,

i am new to SEM. I have created an infocube as basic transactional cube.i have taken the standard infosource as template and created the updaterules(US_PH_SEM).

that infosource is assigned to a flat file source system.

i have created an infopackage and tried to load the data into the infocube but the infocube is not visible in the data targets tab.

please guide me in this regard.

Hi Reddy

the problem is very simple just change the mode of Transactional Infocube.

Transactional Infocube>> Right Click>>Switch Transactional Infocube >> Select the option >> Transactional Cube can be loaded with data ; Planning not allowed.

That will solve your problem.

Hi Venkat,

probably your cube is actually in Transactional Status, you have to change this status to let the upload from BW:

right click on the cube and select the switch option.

Ay attention that when you want to see the same cubo from SEM you have to change this status once again.

There are some programs that make this changes, and you can insert these programs in Process Chain.
