fill in parameter system_pf ?

Hello,

I found a post

where it says

Fill value in the tp-parameters

for parameter system_pf

with
r3pci\sapmntr3p\R3P\SYS\Profile\Default.pfl

but does anybody know where to fill in that parameter ?
