Storage Location Error

Hii All

I have created a new plant and When I am creating a Stock transport order and then creating a delivery then storage location is not determined automatically in delivery. Whereas when I create a normal customer order and delivery then the storage location is automatically fetched.

Can anyone let me know the step I may have missed because of which this error is coming.

Hi

Storage Location determination whether is a normal sales order or STO Rule is the same

Shipping pt+ delivering plant+ Storage conditions of the material from MMR

When I am creating a Stock transport order and then creating a delivery 
then storage location is not determined automatically in delivery.
 Whereas when I create a normal customer order 
and delivery then the storage location is automatically fetched.

This may be because the shipping pt determined for STO may be different to what that of Sales order or delivering plant (supplying plant in STO) may be different to what that of Sales order and for this combination you may not have defined

keys in OVL3

Storage Location determination Rule is the same sales order or STO

Hi,

in this case u must be having the same material in the recieving plant also.

check in that material master whether the storage location and storage conditions are maintained or not.

after maintaining them,

check the settings in OVL3.

if they are not maintained plz maintain and try again
