Surrogate Bid

Hi...

While uploading the vendor master....

i want to set the Permit surrogate bidding field should be set to "X"....

how can i acieve this...there is the BADI 'BBP_GET_VMDATA_CF' is used to add the value to the custom field.

is there any fun. module or Bapi to check the req. (i.e Permit surrogate bidding field )

BIDDER IS A CONTACT PERSON OF VENDOR RIGHT.

maintain business partner -supply your bidder bp number -edit

go to bidder data .Under bidder data you must flag "PERMIT PROXY BIDDING"

THEN YOU WILL NOT ANY ERROR WHILE SURROGATE BID VIA PURCHASEER

I know the manual setting to activate the surrogate Bid.....

my requirement is to automatically activate the surrogate Bid at the time of Vendor Replication....

is there is any function module/ BAPI is there to achieve the function.

plz help me on this.,..

Hi

you may transfer only vendor master from ECC.

but bidder is a contact person for vendor right?
