Message Control in SRM 7.0

I am wanting to adjust the message control in SRM 7.0, for procurement card processing. I expected to be able to configure this in the IMG using the path below:

SAP Supplier Relationship Management / SRM Server / Cross Application Basic Settings / Message Control /

Influence Message Control

When I go into this area all the options are greyed out, making it impossible to add of edit any entries. My Basis colleague has SAPALL, therefore we don't think this is a privilege problem.

Could someone please tell me if this is the correct place to change the message control. If it is the correct place does anyone have any idea what is causing our problem. If it isn't the correct place, how do you change the message control.

Hi

That is the same place where you can configuration for message. In my SRM7.0 system I could access the above menu and could change/add new entries in message control.
