Telefax form printing

Hello,

I am printing a sapscript form using the fax medium. The form has chinese characters on it. When the form is printed through fax, the chinese characters are not printed properly. When it is printed normally through the printer, the characters are printed successfully.

Which character set (or other configuration) should be checked for the fax medium ?

Hi,

Fax machine is not supporting the Chinees characters, You need to consult Fax Admn fr this, he will suggest you

Does this also hold true for Japanese/Kanji characters ?

Hi,

Probably that might be the issue, Just check after installing Chinese font and if its working fine, it shuold work for other languages too.
