Hi,
Go to the OVT0 tcode
OR
Use the following path in SPRO:
(IMG --> Logistics General --> Business Partner --> Customers --> Control --> Define Account Groups and Field Selection for Customers)
Select your Account Group and Double Click:
In the Change View "Customer Account Groups" : Details Screen: Under Field Status Section: Double Click on the required View (Eg: General Data)
Then you will get the list of the Tabs and if you double click on that, you will get the list of the fileds available which can be made in to either Suppress mode / Req. Entry mode / Opt. Entry mode / Display mode.

Dear ERP SAP USer
Go to Spro -> Financial Accounting - > Account receivable and Accounts Payable - > Customer Accounts->
Master Data - > Preparations for creating Customer Master Data -> Define Account group with screen Layout->
Select Account group -> go to details -> double click on Field status -> Select any group-> now you can supress or you can make required entry or option entry or you can display.

Dear Friend,
To Create Countries & Regions:
IMG - SAP NetWeaver - General Settings - Set Countries -
1. Define Countries in mySAP Systems
2. Insert Regions
To Create Sales Office & Sales Group:
IMG - Enterprise Structure - Definition - Sales and Distribution -
1. Main sales office
2. Maintain sales group
To Assign Sales Office & Sales Group:
IMG - Enterprise Structure - Assignment - Sales and Distribution -
1. Assign sales office to sales area
2. Assign sales group to sales office
Sales Office & Sales Area are not assigned to specific Countries but they are assigned to Sales Area & Sales Office will have its own Country Specific Address.
To Create Sales District:
IMG - Sales and Distribution - Master Data - Business Partners - Customers - Sales
1. Define Sales Districts
No assignment required here, the details will automatically available in Customer Master Sales view screens.
Hope this helps...
Thanks,
