i,

while pulling data ECC r/3 to bi some RFC action happening in bi side in rfc user. for that there is background job also. even it is keep on runnung in dialog mode (some 2 min intervel it is running). how to kill this process kindly help me.

check jobs in SM37 in BI system, makes sure to put a '*' in the Event filed.

I checked bi side and r/3 side there is active job but still RFC user action is there in dialog mode. kindly help me.

If Job is active in BI system, it will communicate with R/3 system and try to pull the data from R/3 System. So you have to stop the job in BI system.

You have to stop the source, so the process chain in the BI.

You wrote that you are "pulling data" - which is a normal process in the BI system. Someone must have started that.
