Ps Use of User ststus to control rvoke of the sysytem status

Sir

We need to control the Revoking of the system ststus ( CLSD to TECO ) using the WBS user ststus profile .

We have created the User status prifile where in We have forbidden the Action of Revoking the system ststus CLSD & Revoking system ststus TECO .

It works for system ststus TECO ( change of TECo to REL is prevented ) but not for CLSD ( allows CLSD to TECO )

We need to control the revoke of CLSD to prvent further booking of service after final settlement .

Hi Ashish,

Create two different user statuses instead of one as follows;

TECO - Forbid Revoke Technical completion

CLSD - Forbid Revoke status Closed.

Then try with a new project
