Error during call of SAP back end system

Hi all,

I have error in maintenance optimizer procedure.When i click the " download files from the download basket" it is displaying the next screen with the message "Error during call of SAP back end system ".

In sm59 saposs & sap-oss rfc is successfully connected .

can anyone guide me.

Hi,

It might be a temporary issue with the SAP Backend connection.

Could you test the communication again to check if

the issue persists?

Otherwise take a look at Note 982045.

thanks for reply.

saposs rfc is connecting successful but after some time it automatically disconnecting.

I am not understanding where is the actual problem.
