Hierarchy on Infoobject with compounded attributes

is it possible to create (manually) a hierarchy for an infoObject that has compounded attributs ?

Yes, it's possible and easy. Just supply compounded values for node names.

yes it is. But you have to create it via ABAP and it is a bit tricky - you may remember your self to your it education regarding Hierarchys :).
