Hi All,
My requirement is i want to upload the pdf or word file in order and billing.
Please could you guide me where is the control of this in sales and billing
document.

In orer to enable the option of attaching/uploading the document in a sales order we have to go for user id setting changes.
Goto the T.Code "SU01".
Enter your User id.
Click on Change.
Click on "Parameters" tab.
Maintain the follwing parameter "SD_SWU_ACTIVE".
Enter.
Save.
This enables the option for attaching/uploading a document in VA02/VA03 screen.
As per my knowledge there is no parameter in VA01 screen.
After maintaining this,goto the T.Code "VA02".Enter your document number.
Click on "Services for Object" icon which is present beside the text "Change XXXX order XXXXXXXX:Overview".
Click on "Create-->Create attachment".
Here you can upload or attach any document as per your requirement.

Hi,
You have to add parameter ID SD_SWU_Active in the user parameters transaction code SU3
Now create the sales order and Save it.
Goto the change mode of the document in VA02 and SYSTEMS---SERVICES OF OBJECT.
Here you can add the documents.
If you want to check the Attached documents, then gotoTransaction code VA02--EXTRAS->DOCUMENTS.

I need one suggestion from you.
When we go to VA02 change Order Screen.
In the screen the Services for Object Icon is getting displayed.
Where as in my place where we all have ZDevelopment the same icon in not geting reflected in VA02 Screen.
Can you suggest me where to make necessarry changes so that I can call this icon in VA02.

Hi,
The parameter "SD_SWU_ACTIVE" is a standard parameter.
It will be availbale in "ECC 6.0" version.
I think you might be using the lower version.so that you are not able to add this paramter.
Please contact your BASIS person for this to add up.
Coming to your next question:
This icon "Services for Object " will be displayed if we add this parameter to a particular User id.
It is User dependent.This icon is enabled for that User id only.
Using this icon,we can add attachment and check workflows also.

Please check the parameter Id SD_SWU_ACTIVE has value X in the user profile, and than check user type is 'A Dialog'.
