Duplicate menu entries on SAP Easy Access

Dear Gurus,

SAP GUI Easy Access menu is duplicate like picture below, appear only one of many hundred machine

My system: SAP ECC 6.0 Release 700 Patch 15

SAP GUI 7.10 Patch 09

Please advise.

Hi there!

Try looking your roles.

When you have more than one same transaction. SAP Menu will be duplicate.

Sugestions:

1) Menu Customized

1.1) Create role without menu(transaction PFCG)

1.2) Create new menu Customized(Transaction SE43)

1.3) Assign menu to user/user group(transaction SU01)

current GUI patch is 14,

Shift to the SAP Menu & check is it also giving the same Problem
