Make to order output being created when sales order is created and saved, I need to know why idoc is failing for first place.
Please tell me is there any problem with master data or something else?

Goto the Tranasction code WE02 and check the STATUS of the IDOC it will show why it was failed.
Please check and let us know the message and the status so that we can guide.

it is showing as" Make to Order: Production order is not created for that perticular salesorder".

Kindly check by any chance the sales order doc is blocked due to some reason i.e credit block or some other if you are using any.
