FM needed for G/L account

Hi all,

I need an FM wherein if i pass the material no,i get the G/L account for the same..Is there any std Fm available which suits this reqt???

table BSEG for that perpose...

hkont-General Ledger Account

matnr-material number.

u find many entries for perticular material. but real gl account is that where cost center (kostl) will change.

select-options: s_matnr for bseg-matnr.

select single hkont into gv_hkont from bseg

where matnr in s_matnr

and kostl <> ''.

I DONT THINK THERE IS ANY SUCH FUNCTION MODULE WHICH CAN SOLVE YOUR REQUIREMENT.YOU CAN DO THIS USING THE SELECT STATEMENT BY GIVING THE CONDITION TYPE.
