Hello,

Regarding object filter settings:

Table -> table name you want to use as a filter,

Field -> table field you want to use as filter,

incl/Excl -> inclusive means include values set as filters, exclusive the reverse (exclude values set as filters)

Option -> the operator used (equal, lower or equal, greater or equal, between, contains pattern, etc.)

Low -> low value to check for a range or not.

High -> high value to check for a range (if you used operator 'between' ).

Concerning materials replication itself, If you want to transfer materials from R/3 backend to SRM and then be able to synchronyze them with R/3 modifications, you need to set filters using R3AC1 transaction, then use R3AS transaction.

R3AR2 is for delta download which means you need to start manually your request ( R3AR4 transaction) whereas synchronization is done automatically when R/3 material is modified, according to object filters settings in R3AC1.

For more details, have a look at blog below:

Regards.

Laurent.

If you don't need to filter any data, you don't have to enter anything.
