Application Start: Incorrect parameter value

Hi Experts,

We are working with DMS web services. When accessing the Change Document

service through the web we are getting an error if trying to

display an original:

File transfer completed

Application Start: Incorrect parameter value

If we access the document through SAP GUI, we can display the original with no problems.

We have a white list created as SAP recommends, but there is no further

info on what can be happening...

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

based on the mentioned error message please take a look at the SAP notes 1224097, 1302598 and 1300512.

Hi Christoph,

First of all, thanks for your help. We have reviewed note 1224097 to create our white list, which lists the applications that are allowed on our system (without any link to file extension, is that allright?), and a list of allowed extensions. We have also applied note 1300512 to enable the extensions on the white list.

Regarding note 1302598 I find an error message which says the note is only released internally or it is in reworking. Can you please tell me which specific error it is related to?

Hi Neil,

unfortunatly I made a mistake as the mentioned note is only released internally. However it says that the bug is solved with transport B20K108893, L1AK024754 and a default whitelist is transported.

How can I get those transports? Is there any action we can take to solve this issue with that information?
