Bidders dont have authorization to view Bids

Hi Experts,

We are using SRM 5.0 Extended Classic Scenario. We are getting error message for the bidder as "You have no display authorization" . They are able to login to the system .

The Bidder has got assigned with the proper roles SAP_BBP_STAL_BIDDER and also in the Organisation Structure ( PPPOMA_BBP ) to the company code.

Kindly provide your inputs to resolve this issue.

There was the problem with the BP number assignment with the Bidder. Got assigned and it got resolved

Hello,

I was checking the role SAP_EC_BBP_BIDDER in PFTC and I could see that this role has the option to "Process Bid" through BBP_QUOT transaction.

You can try to assign this role to bidder user.
